2. Platform Purpose
ONE WEALTH is a technology and intelligence system designed to connect authorized information, support professional workflows and prepare summaries, drafts, alerts and recommendations for review. Features, availability and integrations may change.
3. No Professional Advice
ONE WEALTH is not a law firm, CPA firm, broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance producer or substitute for appropriately licensed professionals. Platform output is informational and preparatory. The responsible licensed professional must independently review relevant facts, sources, assumptions, law, suitability and client circumstances and make the final decision.
4. AI Output and Human Review
Artificial-intelligence output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. You must not rely on output without qualified human review. ONE WEALTH does not guarantee that every opportunity, risk, deadline, obligation or error will be identified. You are responsible for professional judgment, client communication, approvals and actions.
5. Authorized Information and Consent
You may connect, upload or direct processing only where you have lawful authority. You are responsible for required privacy notices, participant consent, recording consent, professional confidentiality, privilege, data minimization and restrictions applicable to financial, tax, legal, health or other sensitive information. 6. Accounts and Security
Keep credentials confidential, use appropriate access controls and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for accurately configuring roles, permissions and integrations.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use ONE WEALTH unlawfully; access another person’s information without authority; misrepresent AI output as independently verified; bypass security; introduce malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer protected elements; infringe rights; or use the service to make unlawful discriminatory or fully automated high-impact decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
ONE WEALTH, Alfred, designs, software, workflows, documentation, trademarks and associated intellectual property belong to their respective owner or licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the website and authorized services. Customer information remains subject to the applicable customer agreement.
9. Third-Party Services
Calendly, Zoom, hosting, analytics, AI providers and other integrations are governed by their own terms and availability. ONE WEALTH is not responsible for independent third-party services, outages or practices.
10. Confidentiality
Nonpublic demonstrations, platform materials, pricing, system architecture and business information may be confidential. You may not disclose or misuse confidential information except as authorized or legally required.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and any pre-contract demonstration are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Specific customer warranties, if any, appear only in a signed agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE WEALTH and its affiliates will not be liable under these website Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Any contractual liability for paid services is governed by the signed customer agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion.
13. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized data, failure to obtain required consent, violation of professional duties or infringement of third-party rights, subject to applicable law and any signed agreement.
14. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity, material breach or risk to persons, customers or the platform. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
15. Governing Terms and Changes
The contracting entity, governing law, venue, dispute process, fees and service commitments will be stated in the signed agreement. We may update these website Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
