It does not govern independent practices of financial advisors, CPA firms, law firms, family offices, Calendly, Zoom or other third parties.

Platform information
When contractually authorized, ONE WEALTH may process household, financial, tax, legal, insurance, entity, communication, document, workflow and meeting information supplied or connected by a customer. The exact information depends on the customer’s configuration, permissions and instructions.
Technical information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location, cookie identifiers and interaction or diagnostic data used for security, analytics and service improvement.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, configure, secure and support ONE WEALTH.
- Review private-access applications and prepare strategy sessions.
- Connect authorized information and prepare household intelligence, alerts, drafts, meeting briefs and workflow recommendations.
- Communicate about appointments, services, updates and requested information.
- Monitor performance, prevent fraud and protect the platform.
- Comply with law, contracts and professional requirements.
- Improve functionality, subject to applicable agreements, permissions and law.
4. AI, Meetings and Communications
ONE WEALTH may use artificial intelligence to analyze authorized information, generate summaries, identify possible relationships or opportunities and prepare drafts or recommendations for professional review. 5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to contracted service providers supporting hosting, security, analytics, scheduling, communication, transcription, artificial intelligence and platform operations, including the temporary FormSubmit email-delivery service used for private-access applications; to the customer firm and its authorized users; to professional advisers or transaction participants when directed; and where required to comply with law, protect rights or address security. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics activity may constitute “sharing” under some state laws and will be handled as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, customer instructions, contractual requirements, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention varies by information type and platform configuration. Customer-controlled information may be returned or deleted under the applicable agreement, subject to lawful backup and retention requirements.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information processed. No security program or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers remain responsible for access decisions, account security, lawful instructions and their own systems.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or portability; obtain information about collection and disclosure; opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-information uses; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, use the private-access contact form on the ONE WEALTH website and clearly write “Privacy Request,” or use the privacy contact identified in your customer agreement. We may verify identity, authority and residency before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide written authority.
9. Cookies and Preference Signals
The site may use necessary, analytics and marketing technologies. Available controls depend on the live-site configuration. Where legally required, we will provide consent or opt-out controls and process recognized opt-out preference signals.
10. Children
ONE WEALTH is a business and professional service not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. Customer firms are responsible for lawful handling of dependent or beneficiary information supplied through professional engagements.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries different from where it was collected. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguards will be used.
